The Mobility charter

TIME LIMIT FOR TAKING UP A POST

A reasonable time limit of no more than three months will start on the date the agreement is signed with my current entity and my new entity.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

The terms and conditions for the transfer to my new entity will be set out in a new employment contract. My accrued benefits will be paid by my former entity.

ADAPTATION PERIOD

If I’m transferred to another entity within the Group, I will be given an adaptation period of up to three months. If this adaptation period proves unsatisfactory, I will rejoin my former entity under the same terms and conditions that applied before my transfer.

INDUCTION

I will benefit from support to make my job mobility a success.

SENIORITY

The new entity recognises the seniority I accumulated with the former company.

REMUNERATION AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Transferred employees retain the same remuneration and hierarchical level. Other conditions related to my transfer will be negotiated based on my new entity’s rules and principles.

COMPENSATION AND GEOGRAPHICAL MOBILITY

Before I move: my travel expenses, accommodation and expenses related to journeys home at the weekend will be paid by my new entity throughout the period necessary for my move, based on the rates in effect in the new entity.

During my move and settling-in period: my removal expenses will be covered by my new entity. Travel expenses incurred by my family will be reimbursed and an installation allowance will be paid, based on the terms and rates in effect in the new entity.

INTERNATIONAL JOB MOBILITY

The rules set out in the Mobility Charter apply in part to job mobility between France and another country. However, there are specific rules that can vary depending on the country. You can contact your HR manager for more information.
